All steel welded frame with 6 reel spindles and feeding eye. Angled spindles keep reelsin place without locks and help brake the reel while payingout. Mobile, two (2) fixed wheels and one (1) that swivels and locks, allow easy movement and control. Fits through a 30 IN (762 mm) doorway.
