Van Meter also offers routine health checks on equipment, making sure components are clean, in good working order, and properly maintained.

Sometimes your question or request doesn’t require an onsite expert. Our technical team is available to assist with product and application troubleshooting remotely via phone or email.

Customized TechConnect Support contracts are also available, offering unlimited 24/7 access to Rockwell Automation’s global network of SCP-certified Customer Support Centers and technical resources. This support includes regular soware updates to make sure you’re using the latest, most secure versions.

Once your automation solutions are in place, it’s important you know how to use them. Whether taught by the manufacturer or by Van Meter, we offer training classes tailored to your automation solutions. Our facilities have state-of-the-art training spaces, or we can bring our training to you.


parts management agreement (PMA)Parts Management Agreement (PMA)

With a PMA in place, you’ll have Rockwell-owned parts in your facility, ready and available to purchase as you need them. These agreements help address issues with outdated inventory. Product warranties begin when the product is put into operation.


automation remanufacturing and repairRemanufacturing & Repair

If a product fails, Van Meter can help you repair or replace it at a lower cost, or find a substitute if the product is no longer available. We’ll help you get defective or failed parts sent back to the manufacturer for affordable, like-new repair. If product failure is the culprit, we’ll assist in finding a remanufactured product overnight for you to use while the defective product is repaired.
