COURSE DESCRIPTION

Utilizing Connected Components Workbench (CCW), the student will program a Micro800 controller and a PanelView 800 through a series of hands-on labs. Key topics for the Micro800 controller include establishing communications, creating new projects, examining, forcing I/O, and writing basic ladder logic. Key topics for the PanelView 800 include communication setup, configuring an object, and downloading. The student should walk away the general understanding of how to implement and Micro800 controller and a PanelView 800.
