Motor Control and Relay Logic

Electrical Continuing Education

Course Code: MCB101
Time: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Price: $350
For more information call: 319-399-0723

This one-day seminar will address the basics of 2-wire and 3-wire motor control circuits using ladder diagrams and wiring diagrams. The participant will build a variety of control circuits incorporating push buttons, limit switches, auxiliary contacts, etc. in a lab setting. This building block of electrical theory utilizes relay logic concepts to establish a logic perspective. The National Electrical Code will be observed throughout the instruction, but most specifically Article 430. Participants are expected to bring basic tools (small needle nose pliers and small flathead screwdriver) and an NEC codebook (if possible).
