Choose your training experience.
What kind of experience do you want? No matter what you want to come away with, there’s a package that’s right for you. By signing up to stay with Van Meter, you will receive the general access pass code as part of your package valued at $495. You can choose to add on an Advance Training Pass of $1,100 which includes the general access code to enhance your training experience. Based on Rockwell Automation Fair class schedule package availability is subject to change.

Most sessions hosted on Monday will be offered again on Wednesday (same for Tuesday and Thursday). Some sessions, such as Industry Forums, Panels and Customer-led sessions, may only be offered once.
Advance Training is designed for technical experts who have attended ROKLive, TechEd, Process Solutions User group, or PowerPlex events, to receive the same in-depth product and technology training, hands on labs, and access to technical engineers, and earn professional development hour (PDH) credits. The Advanced Training Pass also includes admission to all four days of the event and all sessions available with a General Pass.

When you book travel through Van Meter, we will provide scheduled motorcoach shuttle service to and from the hotel and McCormick Place Convention Center.

Stop by to connect with your Van Meter team to enjoy a complimentary beverage and hors d’oeuvres. This is come and go as your schedule allows.
Connect with representatives from Van Meter, Rockwell Automation and select partners. Entertainment includes ping pong, corn hole, jenga, giant connect four, shuffleboard tables and arcade ping pong games. Transportation will be provided from McCormick Place Convention Center to SPIN Chicago. No transportation from the Palmer House to SPIN Chicago – it is a 15-minute walk or a 6-minute uber drive from the hotel.
*The networking event at SPIN Chicago is part of your package with Van Meter but registration is required. You may register only for the networking event at SPIN Chicago for a small fee.
Van Meter packages include Rockwell Automation Fair general access pass, hotel stay, motorcoach shuttle service (to and from McCormick Place Convention Center) and two networking events. Advanced training can be added for an additional $1,100. Once youʼve purchased a package with Van Meter, you will receive the access code to register on the Rockwell Automation Fair website. Booking travel to and from Chicago is your responsibility unless travel assistance is requested.
Payment: Due by October 10 to secure your package with Van Meter.
Cancellations: All attendees are required to cancel their own registration with Van Meter and on the Rockwell Automation Fair registration page prior to Thursday, November 13. If the cancellation is not updated by this date, the appropriate general access code or general access and advanced code will be charged to that attendee.
Substitutions: The unique Rockwell Automation Fair activation code is not transferable. To process a name substitution, the first customer must cancel their registration with Van Meter and on the Rockwell Automation Fair registration page. The second customer must register with Van Meter to request the unique activation code to be used to register as a new attendee on the Rockwell Automation Fair website.
Please note: Any cancellation or substitution must be made with both Van Meter and Rockwell Automation no later than Thursday, November 13 in order not to be charged for hotel and hospitality package and activation code. If cancellation or substitution is made after November 15, all charges will apply. Please contact Charol Steinford to update registration.
