Four Ways To Get the Most Out of Your VanMeterInc.com Account

Using your online account with Van Meter is like having the fastest car in the race. It is an advantage, but it is hard to perform well if you do not know what to do at the wheel. Managing your account at vanmeterinc.com is convenient and will save you time, but only if you know how to use your account. To help you, we compiled some how-to guides to save you time and help you get the most out of your online account with Van Meter.
Access Your Invoices
Are you missing an invoice? Do you want to know what a specific charge is for? Instead of sending an email and waiting for someone to get back to you, access your invoices online whenever you want. If you click “My Account” and then “Invoice History,” you can view your most recent invoices or search for a specific invoice number. If you click on an invoice number, you can view line-by-line details for that invoice. From there, you can even email, print or export to an Excel spreadsheet.
Access Your Statements
Are you tired of having to reach out to Accounts Receivable every time you need a statement? You can view them online. Similar to your invoices, click “My Account” and then “Account Summary.” The past 12 months of statements will be located under “Monthly Statements.”
Search Your Orders
Sometimes you need to look at past orders and see what items are still open or check when you last ordered a certain part. We have you covered. If you open the “My Account” drop down menu, you can click “Open Orders” or “Order History.” From there, you can narrow your search by ship address, order status, order total, order number, PO number, release number, part number and date range.
Submit a Return Request
Returns can be complicated. Who do you notify? What location do you send material to? What paperwork do you need? We make returns simple. Once again select “Order History” from the “My Account” drop down menu. Once you narrow your search down to the order you want to return, click the order number. Select “Return Request” at the top of the screen and enter the product, quantity and reason for return. Once you send the return request, an inside salesperson will contact you and guide you the rest of the way.
