COURSE PURPOSE
This course gives students an understanding of NFPA-70, NFPA-79 and NFPA-70E standards for industrial machinery and control panels. This will teach students about proper wiring methods, motors, overcurrent protection, power supply disconnecting, grounding, control circuits, functions and devices, operator interface, panel labeling and safe work practices.
